Role description:

PADI Travel is currently broadening its product range in order to be able to offer more dive resort packages. As a B2B accounts specialist you will work with various internal teams to acquire dive resorts and make them bookable on our website. You will also be the main point of contact if they have any questions in the future.

We are looking for an experienced scuba diver with a strong sales and relationship-building background. You must be a true digital native, comfortable taking initiative and thrive in a fast-paced and growing environment.


As a member of our B2B sales team you will handle the end-to-end process from supplier acquisition to go-live on our website. Your responsibilities include:

  • Initiating discussions with potential suppliers (with the help of warm introductions, so only limited cold-calling is involved)
  • Explaining our concept and getting dive resorts excited about the opportunity
  • Ensuring we receive the necessary information for taking them online
  • Coordinating with our content specialists
  • Working on profile creation on our website
  • Calculating sleeppackage prices
  • Performing quality control and a final review with supplier


GBP 24'000 base salary with ~GBP 34'400 OTE (on target earnings)


We are looking for an experienced and independent B2B accounts specialist who can hit the road running:

  • Must be an active diver who has personally dived around the world
  • Strong background in sales and building B2B relationships with proven track record in execution

Qualifications / skills:

  • A do-er who gets likes to move things forward on a day-to-day basis
  • Very good with numbers and Excel
  • Entrepreneurial and "hungry" sales person who loves to interact and build rapport with supplier
  • Digital native
  • Proven self-starter
  • Looking for a career (not just a job)
  • Independent and able to work with minimal supervision but still a team player
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English (other languages are a big plus, being able to write attractively also a plus)
  • Ethical and professional with high attention to detail
  • Open and willing to learn
  • Strong team mentality
